🌳 Return & Issue Policy

All bonsai sales are final.
Because bonsai are living trees sensitive to their environment and care, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a tree has left our care.

However, we stand behind the health and condition of every tree we ship or hand off.

If there’s an issue:

If your bonsai arrives with a problem — such as damage during shipping or signs of poor health present upon arrival — please contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

To report an issue:

  • Email info@desertbonsailv.com

  • Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos

  • We’ll review your case and, if the issue is on our end, we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit

We understand that sometimes damage from shipping may not be immediately obvious. If you discover shipping-related damage after 7 days, contact us as soon as possible, we’ll still do our best to help.
